Avery Larson

Avery Larson is a native Texan, born in Houston and raised in Montgomery. Ms. Larson primarily focuses her practice on business litigation, labor and employment, and constitutional law issues. Prior to joining Wallace & Allen, Ms. Larson worked in insurance defense litigation handling matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, auto/trucking cases, general civil litigation, and premises liability.

During law school, Ms. Larson gained hands-on experience by clerking full-time with law firms who specialized in insurance defense and criminal defense. She also participated in her law school’s Trademark Clinic, where Ms. Larson registered clients’ trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
