Courtney Luther is a fourth-generation Texan with a passion for unwavering advocacy. Her practice areas include commercial disputes, government litigation, and employment law. Prior to joining Wallace & Allen, Courtney was an attorney at Disability Rights Texas where she focused on protecting the rights of institutionalized people, as well as protecting the authority of the nationwide Protection & Advocacy system. Courtney’s diverse experience has shaped her unique ability to synthesize complex facts and distill them into clear, compelling narratives, whether in written brief or oral argument.
